Project Overview
Designed and developed a full-stack QA testing management platform from the ground up. Features include JWT-based authentication with WebAuthn passkey support, real-time team presence via Socket.io, role-based access control (admin/viewer), inline test case editing, bug reporting with Kanban-style status tracking, an API testing hub, email invitation system with Mailjet/SMTP fallback, admin activity center with logs and notifications, sound effects system, and a mobile-responsive dark-themed UI with Framer Motion animations.
Problem Statement
QA teams lacked a unified platform to manage test cases, track bugs, and collaborate in real-time, leading to scattered workflows and delayed issue resolution.

QA & Testing Details
Performed comprehensive testing of authentication flows including passkey registration and JWT session management. Validated real-time Socket.io connections across multiple concurrent users. Tested role-based access control permissions. Conducted cross-browser testing of the Kanban drag-and-drop interface. Verified email invitation delivery and link expiration handling.
